Job Description:    We are currently seeking someone with extensive Lawson HRIS systems knowledge to be a part of our Corporate HR Team. As the HR Systems Specialist, you will work with our properties in areas of Lawson system set-up, system support, end user training, issue resolution and troubleshooting of various HR issues as they arise. This position is also responsible for EEO/AA reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience utilizing Lawson HRIS and 3+ years experience in a Human Resources Administration role; proficiency with MS Office products, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and extraordinary analytical skills are required to produce analyses of HR data. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. PHR certification is a plus. Previous experience recruiting in a hospitality environment is also a plus. This position will require intermittent travel. Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to: -Function as HR project lead on all system upgrades and implementations. -Responsible for Lawson system set-up and functionality of HR, Benefits, Time Accrual, Training Administration and Reporting. -Maintain Lawson HRIS in support of all Xanterra field operations. -Serve as liaison with Lawson HRIS support and IT staff in resolving issues. -Design and conduct Lawson end user training and prepare Lawson end user training materials. -Research and resolve Lawson related HR issues and problems. -Prepare and/or generate special reports from Lawson as requested. -Recommend new and more efficient processes in support of HR objectives. -Responsible for system administration of Lawson e-Recruiting. -Design and conduct e-Recruiting end user training along with end user training materials. -Serve as liaison with e-Recruiting vendors and monitor end user utilization. -Responsible for annual EEO/AA reporting. -Other duties as assigned NO FAXES OR EMAILS PLEASE EOE/AA/M/F/D/V

Platform:    Lawson Insight - UNIX or Windows NT

Required Skills:    3+ years Lawson HRIS experience (v7.2 or higher preferred) 3+ years in a HR Administration role Proficiency with MS Office products Exceptional verbal, written and analytical skills Ability to travel intermittently

Desired Skills:    Bachelor's degree in HR or related field PHR Certification Previous recruiting ina hospitality environment
